Our acrylic removable windshield is embedded into a strong UV Stable Rigid Vinyl base frame, which affords the acrylic transparency increased strength and rigidity.
As with all our products, the removable windshield is built to a very high standard and offered with an optional hard-coat finish, assuring longevity without wear.
Using the very latest technological advances in design and production, our products will afford protection to the crew and will not wear under wiper use, and endure exposure to the rigors of salinity, heavy seas and wash-downs.
KEY CHARACTERISTICS:
The windshield is provided in two parts:
1./ A base frame which is securely bonded onto the center console, and,
2./ A windshield with an integrated frame which securely locks into the base frame with two stainless still pins
Highly practical design allows windshield removal for service, transport or boat storage, assuring no damage or breakage
Acrylic windshields are 10x stronger than glass.
100% UV blocking for a healthier environment
Up to 35% Infra-Red blocking for more energy efficient Air-conditioning
x2 Stainless steel pins to firmly secure the windshield in place
